I'm between two colours, which do I pick?
That is normal and not a problem. Take the 30-second shade quiz and it suggests a two-shade blend when you are on the fence. Most men order both and mix 70/30, exactly like a barber would, then adjust in the mirror.
Does it work on short hair or a buzzcut?
It works on thinning and receding hair, even when short, because the fibers grip your existing strands. On fully shaved skin there is nothing to hold, so it will not look natural there. If you still have hair up top, even fine hair, you are the right fit.
How do I apply it along the hairline?
Use a little less product and build slowly so the front line stays soft, not blocky. The precision applicator in the Starter Kit places fibers exactly where you want them. Pat gently and check in daylight.
How long does a bottle last with daily use?
Most men get around four weeks of daily use from one bottle. That is why the subscription ships every 4 weeks, so you are never caught short. Heavier coverage uses a little more.

Will it hold through wind, rain and the gym?
Yes. The colorfast mineral pigments are built not to bleed, so sweat and light rain will not leave streaks. Wind and a normal workout are no problem. A heavy downpour or a long swim is the one thing to plan around.
Does it rub off on pillows, towels or collars?
Once it is on and settled it stays on your hair, not your fabrics. Give it a minute to set and it holds all day. Apply a sensible amount, let it dry, and wash it out before bed.
Can I swim with it?
A quick dip is usually fine. Long swims, salt water and heavy towel-drying will gradually lift it, so expect some fade and reapply after. For everyday sweat, humidity and rain it holds well.
How do I wash it out?
Just shampoo as normal. The fibers lift away with the lather, no special remover needed. A second quick wash clears any last traces if you used a lot.
Can I use it with minoxidil or finasteride?
Yes, and many men do. Fibers are cosmetic, so they hide thinning today while your treatment works over months. Apply your treatment to a clean scalp, let it dry, then add fibers on top. We are a complement to your routine, not a replacement.
