5 things nobody tells you about hair fibers
Hair fibers are everywhere in men's ads now, and most of what you read is either hype or half true. Here is the honest version, from the people who make them.
1. They work with the hair you have, not bare skin
Fibers cling to your existing strands with a light static bond and stand them up, so thinning areas read as dense. On a fully shaved head there is nothing to grab, so this is for thinning and receding, not for skin. If you still have hair up top, even fine hair, you are the right fit.
2. You match to your roots, not the name on the bottle
The colour people see is at your scalp, not your sun-faded ends. Match to your roots and, if you are between two, go a shade darker. Our 30-second shade finder does this for you, and you can blend two shades if you are going grey.
3. Cheap fibers run. Ours are built not to.
This is the one nobody mentions. Bargain fibers use dyes that bleed the moment you sweat, leaving grey streaks down your forehead. FULLHED uses colorfast mineral pigments that are built not to bleed, so a humid day or a light shower does not wreck your morning.
4. It is a cosmetic, so it is easy to live with
Fibers sit on the hair, they do not soak into your scalp or touch the follicle. That means they wash out with normal shampoo and play nicely with a growth routine. Using minoxidil? Let it dry first, then add fibers on top for instant cover while the slow stuff works in the background.
5. One bottle lasts longer than you think
Most men get around four weeks of daily use from a single bottle. At A$35 on subscription that is roughly the price of a coffee a week for a full head every morning. No clinic, no monthly script, no waiting.
